In observance of National Missing Children’s Day, Capri Cosmetology Learning Centers, will join with other cosmetology schools nationwide to raise money for NCMEC. Each haircut will cost $­­­14.00 and fourteen dollars will be donated to NCMEC.

“Capri Cosmetology Learning Centers is participating in this national cut-a-thon because we believe that volunteerism and community service are important to the success and growth of our students and the well-being of our community,” states Anthony Fiore, Owner.

“Research has found that more than 2,000 children are reported missing every day and that one in five girls and one in 10 boys will be sexually exploited by the time they reach adulthood. In the face of these potential risks, it is more important than ever that parents and guardians teach children how to stay safer. NCMEC is an important resource in helping with this mission,” adds Anthony.

NCMEC was founded in 1984 and since then has assisted law enforcement in the recovery of more than 157,720 missing children.
